Mockups support selection, drawing, paths, layout, styling, themes, snapping, fullscreen composition, hierarchy editing, and visual timelines. They do not have Component-level properties, states, events, validators, variants, test cases, or responsive screen lists.
Use applicable node, style, canvas, and timeline tools. Capture visual evidence with get-preview-screenshot and view: "editor". Runtime Preview operations and screen tools do not apply.
Eligible element/style/timeline content is undoable. Canvas transform and selection are local view state. Mockups do not export code or run the interpreter.
Conversion to Page or Component is explicit because a screenless root must become a compatible responsive structure. Ordinary cross-kind moves are refused.
